Shwet Dairy thanks you for choosing us, refund of payments made to Shwet Dairy can be processed in special cases. The cases are below:

  • We offer you a free trial period of our 100% pure cow milk for 3 days. You can then subscribe to Shwet. For any reason, if you do not like to continue your subscription of the 100% pure cow milk, you can request a refund and return the order booklet issued to you at the time of subscribing.
  • There are certain areas that Shwet Dairy does not deliver as yet. We advise you to kindly confirm with Customer Care at +91-9602-443-333 (Jaipur)/+91-9999-482-820 (NCR) if delivery is feasible in your area or not before making a payment. In case, if you have already made a payment and the address you wish is not covered by Shwet Dairy for the delivery, then kindly request a refund and the same would be processed.
  • We ensure that if the product listed on website or offered by our Customer Care team is not feasible due to shortage, then your request for the refund will be actioned.
  • Shwet Dairy advises that you should confirm with Customer Care on the exact payment to be made before making a cheque/ credit card or cash payment. If extra money is collected, we'll make sure that the same can be adjusted against extra products or your request for a refund would be actioned.
  • In a rare case, if you receive a product with defective packaging, please email a picture of the same immediately on receiving the product to and upon confirmation with you, we will replace the product or take your request for refund.
  • Refund would be in the name of the customer by crossed cheque only and may take up to 15 working days to be actioned.
